• Newsletter (“Letters from Elena”): your email address and where you signed up (for example, the footer).

To reply to your message, to understand how Elena can support you, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional letters on healing, transitions and the inner life. We never sell or rent your information.

Newsletter sign-ups are stored in a secure, access-controlled database used by this website. Messages sent directly to Elena are handled through her email service.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and support any ongoing work together, and for no longer than [Elena to confirm: retention period, e.g. 24 months] after our last contact. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
