Terms & Session Policy

Spiritual mentoring is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact a medical professional or local emergency services. Sessions offer guidance and support; they are not diagnosis or treatment, and you remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

Sessions are held privately by video. To cancel or reschedule, please give at least [Elena to confirm: notice period, e.g. 24 or 48 hours]. Sessions missed without notice [Elena to confirm: are forfeited / can be rescheduled once].

The Opening Session is $55 and is credited toward any package you choose. Packages are paid [Elena to confirm: in full in advance / in instalments]; the Sacred Mentorship is billed monthly.

Accepted payment methods: [Elena to confirm: payment methods].

[Elena to confirm: refund policy for the Opening Session and for packages]

Package sessions should be used within [Elena to confirm: validity period, e.g. 3 months for the Reconnection Series, 6 months for the Deep Healing Immersion] of purchase.

Support by text or voice note is offered within the days and response windows described for each package on the Work With Me page. It is not an emergency service.

What you share in sessions and messages is kept confidential and is never shared without your permission, except where the law requires it or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. Sessions are never recorded without your consent.
